Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. No card, no trial countdown. You get 30 image credits and 10 video credits every month, for as long as you use the account. Exports carry a small pixbix watermark and video is capped at 15 seconds at 720p.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Renders stop with a clear 402 response telling you how many credits were needed and how many you had. Your templates, media and history are untouched. Buy a top-up pack or upgrade, and rendering resumes immediately.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each period — they do not accumulate. Credits you buy as a top-up pack never expire, and we always spend the expiring ones first so your purchased credits last as long as possible.
What if a render fails?
You are not charged. Credits are held when a render is accepted and only settled when it succeeds; a failure or a cancellation returns them to exactly the balance they came from.
Can I change plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and grant the new allowance straight away. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscriptions can be cancelled any time and you keep access until the period ends. See the refund policy for the full terms, including unused credit packs.
Do you charge GST?
Prices include GST at 18%. Add your GSTIN in billing settings and it appears on every invoice, so you can claim input credit.
